Re: SOCOM U.S. Navy SEALs Confrontation: Game & Forum Info Center

As an old school SOCOM hardass nerd...I know that remaking Sandstorm for SOCOM Confrontation would be a great idea. That map had a cult following until it was put down by socom 3. Cross Roads and nightstalker might've gotten played a lot because they were convienient for everyday players, but nothing rivals the amount of strategic tactility required to master Sandstorm.

    • Audio follows paths through environments, so if you're running around, you'll be making noise, and it'll be easier for someone to find you.
    • Evironmental dynamics. So for example, if you walk over empty shells that were shot from someone's gun earlier, your feet will kick them around the environment, making noise.

How is it redundant?

And in the future, please don't quote the whole post. It's pretty obnoxious for people trying to read.

If it were to say that, then it would be incorrect and not redundant. It seems as if you don't understand the meaning of the word "redundant".
