Well, if you played SOCOM 1, you would know that whenever you died you heard "Man Down!" and "Got Him!"
I was thinking that maybe they should add it back into Confrontation, I mean I know that it happens sometimes but that's hardly ever, and it was a really cool part of SOCOM 1 for me, because it let me know if I was the last one left, and alot of other people too.
I say that when you're near someone, and he dies on your team, or you kill someone your guy should say "Man Down!" or "Target Eliminated!"
It's a bit more realistic when your guy shouts out "Man Down!" as a teammate dies, plus it's a good indicator.
What do you guys think?

I agree 1000% +1
Cool!
Glad you agree, I really loved the SOCOM death and kill voices, they made the game feel really old school but still awesome at the same time.
Also, does anybody else think they should bring back the sound effects for when you get shot? Like in SOCOM 1 your guy used to go "Aghhhhhhh! I'm hit!" when he got shot.
Anybody who hasn't played SOCOM 1, here's what I'm talking about.

Note the sound effects.

The Proximity chat...well, you can actually go on and yell yourself. However, I thought the Voice effects/animations/etc were much better in SOCOM 3. When you kill someone, it automatically goes "Enemy down" which was pretty cool. Damn, I get flashbacks from abandoned on SOCOM 1, when you were a terrorist and you throw a grenade "Kwaglapot!!!!"
"Frigmontookin!"
"Karmadidow"
Lmao, I remember those. xD

That's the keyword though.. I was involved in SOCOM more so than now, and it was awesome to hear these sounds on every action, I liked the "Fire in the hole!" sound effects because it really helped when people were throwing grenades, so your own team knew that grenades were being thrown and they could back off.
In SOCOM: Confrontation, I get hit with random grenades I don't even see, most of them are so far up in the air that they blow up in my face before I can even realize that they're there.
